The Charles Telfair Leadership Academy welcomes Passerelle, a development journey designed to support participants from Eclosia in reflecting on their experiences, broadening their perspectives and strengthening their confidence in the contribution they make to the organisation.
The initiative recognises the value of experience while encouraging participants to embrace new perspectives, build meaningful connections and continue growing in their professional roles. By sharing knowledge and learning from one another, participants can strengthen their ability to support their colleagues and contribute to the wider organisation.
During the launch, Cédric de Spéville, CEO of Eclosia Group, highlighted the important role participants play within the Group, describing them as pillars who connect their experience with new colleagues and help others grow. With the support and guidance of their Heads of Department and members of the committee, participants will be encouraged to translate their learning into everyday practice.
Christian Maudave, Head of Human Resources at Eclosia Corporate Services, also emphasised the importance of self-reflection, personal development and building stronger relationships with others throughout this journey.
Through Passerelle, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their professional experiences, discover new ways of approaching challenges and strengthen the connections that support individual and collective growth.
