“I was always interested in Psychology as I felt that inner need to understand people’s mind and behaviour, to listen to what they have to say and to help them. The Psychology degree encompasses lots of different perspectives of psychology like research, statistics and behavioural approaches. It’s incredible to have this ability to link what we learn in class with our day-to-day experiences and make the learning processes even more relatable. I am enjoying this journey so far and since we created the Psychology Society, I feel more empowered and excited to change people’s lives. This course encourages me to help people but most importantly to get me out of my comfort zone.”

“I chose Nursing as I discovered that I had an inner calling to take care of the sick and to provide them with the best care and support. It was a huge decision to leave my job and join the BSc Nursing, a challenging experience that I do not regret at all. We are surrounded by an amazing academic team, the lecturers are great and the nursing lab is out of this world. The campus makes us feel like we are family and we get to experience loads of activities weekly which make us feel the diversity of the institution and make new friends.”

“I chose BSc IT because Computer Science and Mathematics, the underlying areas of study of this course, were my favorite subjects in high school. I am also interested in coding and have always had a preference for the IT field. New programming languages and the various challenges woven into the learning process may be demanding at times, but the self-satisfaction after finally being able to overcome those challenges is well worth it. So far, I have had a good experience. The teachers are friendly, supportive and always willing to help student facilitators in the Uniskill program providing immeasurable help and support when needed.”
