The Head of the Leadership Academy is a leadership role that ensures that the quality and standards of the Academy are
continuously improved. Additionally, the role is responsible for the growth and development of the academy’s activities by
accessing new markets, building strong collaborations, and developing engaging training programmes
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the management of professional training programmes
- Ability to develop relationships with industry clients
- Coordinate and develop our pool of trainers and partners
- Coordinate the delivery of all training programmes ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
