The Curtin Mauritius Research Symposium, held on 30 and 31 January 2025, provided a valuable platform for academic exchange, professional development, and international collaboration.
Conducted in a hybrid format, the event featured insightful discussions on academic publishing, career advancement, and research opportunities, with contributions from esteemed institutions including Curtin University, the University of Sydney, Torrens University, Southampton Malaysia Business School, the University of Newcastle (Singapore Campus), the University of New England, and the University of South Australia.
With approximately 35 staff members and postgraduate students in attendance, the symposium fostered mentorship, knowledge sharing, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing efforts to drive impactful research and strengthen collaborations.
