Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work closely with other engineers to create/integrated software solutions which enable more consistent deliverables, increased output and/or productivity. These state-of-the-art systems are focused on productivity, reduce process variation, reduce throughput time, or stream line complex workflows. He/she must be at ease working in team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
• Carry out development
• Test software development methodology in an agile environment.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, support and enhancements in existing systems and platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with process owners, business users, project managers and other stakeholders to achieve elegant solutions.
• Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices.
• Report to project lead for any issues/risk related to the project assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 0 – 1 Years of experience
• Ability to develop software in C#, Python, JAVA or other programming languages
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases SQL Server
• Knowledgeable with test-driven development
• Proficiency in software engineering tools
• Ability to document technical requirements
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
• Able to bring new ideas through to implementation
